Privacy notice for the Relways public site
What the Relways public site collects, why it is used, how long it is kept, and how to contact us.
Who is responsible
Relways is operated by Artem Kolesnikov. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@relways.com.
- The form is for a guided early-access review, not account creation.
- Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, identity documents, or other sensitive data.
- The public site does not import data from customer systems.
Information and purposes
A request may include your email, name, role, company or team, selected interests, and workflow context. Relways uses it to review your request and respond. First-party analytics records page and action events with a temporary session identifier to operate and improve the site.
- The analytics identifier ends with the browser session and is not used for cross-session tracking.
- The application does not store raw IP addresses.
- Personal information is not sold or used for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Service providers, retention, and requests
Relways uses hosting and email service providers only as needed to operate the site and respond. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Analytics events are retained for 90 days. Unreviewed and closed requests are retained for 180 days; active requests are retained until closure and then for 180 days.
- Ask hello@relways.com for access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to applicable law.
- You may withdraw a form consent by contacting the same address.
- Deletion removes the request and related active application records; limited residual copies expire through the normal backup lifecycle.
